The Lake County Law Library provides legal research, reference, and library services to the county and to the municipal corporations, townships, and courts within the county pursuant to section 307.51 of the Ohio Revised Code.
The Library is located in the lower level of the Lake County Courthouse in Painesville, Ohio. Patrons have access to a wide range of print and online resources. Our collection covers a variety of areas including federal, state, tax, family, probate, real estate, and labor law including over 1,200 print titles. These titles are non-circulating. All print books are to be used in the library.
